Working at Heesen Interiors in Winterswijk means working at the highest level of the yacht building industry creating the most exclusive luxury interiors. In our Interior Engineering Department, the Draftsmen, Planners and Project Leaders translate the interior designs to workable, technical layout drawings, information packages and purchasing instructions. They will lay the perfect base for an efficient production process, which will be realised by the Woodworkers, Furniture Makers, Sprayers, Veneer Workers, Upholsterers and other professionals. No Heesen yacht design is the same, bringing a great deal of versatility and fresh technical challenges every day. Working in the top tier of luxury yacht building means there is time for quality. You will work with unique materials and create interior projects you can be proud of. Are you a skilled Carpenter, Veneer Craftsman, Sprayer, Upholsterer, Planner or Project Leader? You are a professional with experience in luxury yacht building and a passion for high-level craftsmanship. You have a high sense of quality, are work focused and always strive for perfection. You have a flexible attitude, and you can deal with pressure and stressful situations with ease. You are a team player with good communicative and social skills.

Education and experience:

• HBO-degree in the relevant field, combined with 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• MBO-degree in the relevant field, with 5 years’ work experience.
• Experience in the top tier of the interior or yacht building industry.
